About Aurora

Aurora is a two-mast motor sailor made out of teak, built according to the so called traditional “Phinisi”-style and designed for a demanding clientele of divers. On this live-aboard of superior standard, comfort, luxury and a traditional character are united. The Aurora has been built according to modern and environmentally friendly principles, and gives the opportunity to explore remote areas which only few – if ever – have seen. As a guest aboard, you will experience modern comfort combined with the charm of a traditional boat. Adventure and relaxation are the ultimate endeavors of this boat and her crew.

On Board Facilities & Accommodation

A 42m wood hull traditional Phinisi boat, 7 cabins provide for up to 14 guests. She has seven double cabins, three of which offer an extra bed all cabins have individual air conditioning units, private shower and toilets, cabins are spacious with adequate storage space. There is an upper level sundeck with plenty of shade and comfortable loungers. The dining room & lounge is a very comfortable and well laid out area made for relaxing. The dive deck is located at the front of the boat. Two divers share a basket for dive and there are plenty of wetsuit hangers. No more than 5 divers per tender.

Catering

Food on board is all buffet style with a mix of tasty Indonesian with various meat & vegetable choices and the chef also serves up great pasta dishes too. Cold coke and sprite is included and available with all meal and there is a variety of local and imported teas with a few local coffee choices and even espresso which is additional along with beer, wine or spirits.
